Maventa – Free Electronic Invoice Management, the B2B ecosystem, is a new fresh approach on Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) and process automation between global financial software’s. Maventa users span from Small and Midsized Enterprises (SME’s) to Fortune-500 conglomerates in striving to automate the complex, time-consuming and expensive invoice procedures. The service strives to abolish all friction between different parties to enable a global, free ecosystem of digital business messaging. Maventa is determined to change B2B invoicing in a way that Skype changed telecom and PayPal changed online-payments. Job Summary:

We are looking for entrepreneurial professionals who thrive on growth, opportunity and success. We need motivated, savvy and creative programmers to ensure Maventa reaches and surpasses its potential. Programmers must have at least 3 years experience writing code/script in HTML, JavaScript, XML and at least experience in one of the following: Ruby, Java, Python, Perl or PHP.

Responsibilities will include:

• Agile Development in RoR
• Maintaining and developing
• Developing new features/extensions in the ecosystem
• Improve usability and site uniqueness
• Creating/maintaining databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• System Architectural experience (Linux)
• Development in both front- and backend services

Ideally haves:

• A strong desire to succeed and a passion for creativity
• Experience in Web Services / SOA
• At least some experience with Ruby on Rails
• A strong natural desire to learn and continuously surpass oneself
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment that requires managing multiple tasks, priorities, and relationships simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills.
• Ability to communicate and work with company clients in a professional manner
• Ability to create deadlines based on understanding of project needs and timing to develop and complete project
• Ability to communicate all web projects to IT and design staff
• Fluent oral and written English is mandatory
