The service strives to abolish all friction between different parties to enable a global, free ecosystem of digital business messaging. Job Summary:

We are looking for an entrepreneurial professional who thrive on growth, opportunity and success. We need a motivated, savvy and an experienced COO to ensure Maventa reaches and surpasses its potential and makes the company day-to-day activities run like clockwork. Ideally the candidates have a past as a C-level officer rank in several startup companies.

Responsibilities will include:

• Running and developing the company’s day-to-day business
• Reporting directly to the company’s CEO
• Ensuring that the business is executed aligned with the company’s strategy
• Establish, improve and maintain the company’s internal processes
• Coordinate Tech & Sales Chief Executives
• Ensuring sufficient HR and establishing future HR-strategy
• Assisting in the business development in accordance with the CEO and BOD

Ideally haves:

• A strong desire to succeed and a passion for efficiency
• Strong experience in startup companies (mandatory)
• A proven track-record of holding equivalent positions in the past
• A strong natural desire to learn and continuously surpass oneself
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment that requires managing multiple tasks, priorities, and relationships simultaneously
• Strong organizational and people skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
